Scheduled Server Downtime Moved to March 13

This forum post by Saffron(Community Services Team) indicates that the scheduled server downtime to get Book 12, Patch 1 out has been moved back to Thursday, March 13, 2008:

The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Thursday, March 13 from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) for an update to the game. (Click here) to read about changes. Roheryn will remain up and available during the downtime. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!
