LotRO: Inn League Quest Suspended for Now

According to this forum post by community manager, Patience, the Inn League Quest is offline for the time being:

By order of the Shirriff, we are temporarily disabling the Spring Festival's new Inn League quest* following an unfortunate accident involving a keg, a pine tree, a Moor Cowbell, and a Mad Bristlehide. We'll bring it back in an upcoming patch. As consolation to those who haven't yet had a chance to complete the questline, we'll extend the Spring Festival for a week! Sorry for any inconvenience - party on!
