Dwalin asked you to travel with him to Skorgrim's tomb and put an end to the Dourhand's mad schemes.
Dwalin read the letter the Elrohir recovered and learned of some disturbing information. The Dourhands pledged to serve Angmar if their fallen leader, Skorgrim, was restored to life.
Quest Objectives
Speak to Dwalin to travel to Skorgrim's Tomb.

Talk To Dwalin Two years have passed since the events in Skorgrim's tomb, but you have remained in the Blue Mountains to help the Longbeards reclaim their halls.
